I am so happy with the way these pieces turned out! This was my first time ever using the Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint. It definitely takes some getting used to. I normally use the Annie Sloan chalk paint and that just comes in a normal paint can. There is no mixing involved. The milk paint comes in a powder form and you have to mix it with water and get it to the right consistency you want to paint with. The buffet and matching china cabinet were both painted with the MMS milk paint in farmhouse white. The larger buffet and armoire were painted in the Annie Sloan Old White. All of these pieces will be making the journey with me to The Gray Door Market in September. I will be doing a post later on the differences between the milk paint and the different chalk paints I have used.
